Nuzi, c. 1500-1350 B.C.E.
This is a list of twenty witnesses confirming that Adad-nisu, a leather worker, gave Tehip-tilla a man, Ili-iddina, and a woman, Passisse. This tablet would have been used as testimony in a court procedure.
Tehip-tilla appears in at least 20 other tablets uncovered at Nuzi.
This tablet was translated and published by Gordon Douglas Young.
